Requesting Deletion of Your Data

Users of Skilled Safe may request deletion of their account and associated personal information at any time by emailing support@skilledsafe.com.au

Subject: Data Deletion Request

Please include:

• Your full name
• Registered email address
• Any information that helps us identify your account

What Happens Next

After verifying your identity:

• Your account will be deactivated.
• Personal information associated with your account will be deleted or anonymised where legally permissible.
• Certain information may be retained where required by law, regulatory obligations, dispute resolution requirements, or legitimate business recordkeeping obligations.

Facebook Login Users

If you signed in using Facebook Login, you may also remove Skilled Safe's access by:

1. Opening Facebook Settings.
2. Selecting "Apps and Websites".
3. Choosing Skilled Safe.
4. Selecting "Remove Access".

Removing Facebook access does not automatically delete your Skilled Safe account. A separate deletion request must be submitted using one of the methods above.
